Do you replicate designs from other creators or platforms like Etsy?
No, we do not replicate or copy designs from other creators or platforms. While we welcome inspiration images to understand your vision, all designs are original and tailored to your specific needs. If you're seeking an exact replica of another design, we recommend reaching out directly to the original creator.
Do I need to pay in full, or can I leave a deposit?
Most of our services require full payment upfront before any work begins. Only select larger projects (over $500) may qualify for a 50% non-refundable retainer, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. No production will begin without a cleared payment.
Can I place my order through DM or social media?
We do not accept official orders via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or text. While you can inquire or ask general questions through social media, all orders must be placed through our website or email, where full order details, policies, and confirmation can be tracked. This ensures a smooth process for both you and us.
What happens if my card is declined or marked as high-risk?
If your card is declined or your transaction is flagged as high-risk or suspicious, your order will be paused. You will be required to submit the following for verification:

A photo of the credit/debit card used (showing your name; you may blur the numbers)

What happens if I’m running late or need to reschedule my session?
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, your session time may be reduced or canceled entirely without refund. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your retainer. One reschedule is permitted per session. Rescheduling due to emergencies or illness will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind or am unhappy with the final result?
No. All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work. This includes graphic design, party favors, photography, and digital services.
All designs are approved by the person placing the order before production and shown again prior to shipping or pickup. Once production or editing has started, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted.
