Our Custom Apparel Service allows you to bring your vision to life with two flexible options:

🔹 Design-Only – Already have a shirt? We’ll create a custom graphic or layout tailored to your concept, vibe, or branding.
🔹 Design + Print – Want the full package? Choose between classic white tees, colored shirts, or bring your own preferred apparel (just let us know the brand and style).

Here’s how it works:

Designs are created based on your input and needs (please allow time for concept and revisions).
Printing is available on white or colored shirts, or we can work with the garment of your choice.
Shipping is available for all orders (fees apply and are calculated at checkout).
Please note: We do not offer same-day design services. Quality takes time, and we want your apparel to look its best.
Shirt order and fulfillment days are Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed after Wednesday or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround for all print services is 3–7 business days unless a rush fee is applied.

Important Details: Each revision request requires additional time and can delay the original timeline 1-4 business days.
After 24-48 hours of your purchase, you can expect a follow-up email with a link to a design questionnaire (intake form) where you can provide all the details we need to complete your project.
Due to the custom nature of the services offered, Ikonic Design Room does not offer refunds once work has begun. If the client chooses to cancel services at their own discretion, all designs and work completed up to that point will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Refunds, if any, are issued solely at Ikonic Design Room's discretion. By purchasing this item, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy and our full policies and conditions.
Please review all Policies and Conditions before placing an order. Turnaround times selected at checkout begin only after policies are reviewed, the intake form is submitted, and full payment has been received.

Turnaround times vary by service and are measured in business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Each project includes up to three revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions beyond what is included will result in a revision fee. Revision requests may take one to four business days to complete and may impact the overall project timeline.

Revisions are intended for minor adjustments such as color changes, text edits, or layout refinements. Requests that significantly alter the original concept or scope may be considered a redesign and subject to additional fees.
