You will receive an order confirmation:

• After 24-48 hours of your purchase, you can expect a follow-up email with a link to a design questionnaire (intake form) where you can provide all the details we need to complete your project. Once the intake information/details are collected,
• Design mockups may be sent depending on the service selected
• Once approved, production begins
• Pickup, delivery, or shipping details will be confirmed

• Pickup Hours:

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Please bring:

• Valid ID
• Order confirmation

Clients are responsible for checking all items at pickup.

Shipping Information:

• Shipping timelines are separate from production times
• We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit once the package has been shipped

Once your order is placed, you may receive an intake form or consultation questionnaire to gather all event details and customization information.

Please be prepared to provide:

• Event date AND expected delivery date
• Theme/colors
• Honoree name and age
• Inspiration photos or Pinterest board
• Desired wording
• Social media handles (if applicable)
• Photos/logos in high quality
• Quantity needed
• Pickup or shipping preferences

Incomplete forms or missing information may delay your turnaround time.

For best results:

• Upload clear, high-resolution images only
• Double check spelling and wording before submission
• Be specific about your vision and expectations

All custom designs are created based on the information provided by the client and are tailored specifically to your event, brand, or vision.

All orders include one complimentary design concept.

If additional design concepts are requested, a $15 additional design fee will apply per design.

Depending on the project, clients will receive up to 3 complimentary revisions.

Revisions include:

• Color changes
• Removal of content
• Background changes
• Font changes
• Sizing adjustments
• Rewording
• Adding content

Please note:

• Revisions are intended for adjustments, not complete redesigns
• Major design direction changes after the design process has started may result in additional fees
• A fee of $20 per revision will apply for any changes beyond the included revisions
• Once final approval is given, production begins immediately
• We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, or mistakes approved by the client during the approval process

Printing Information:
If your order requires printing, additional printing fees may apply depending on the type, size, and material being printed. Printing fees typically range from $3–$10 per print.

To ensure the best experience:

• Please submit all details, inspiration, wording, and photos upfront
• Be as clear and specific as possible regarding your vision
• Delayed communication may affect turnaround time and delivery dates

Due to the customized and personalized nature of our products and services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once:

• Design work has started
• Production has begun
• Digital files have been sent
• Custom items have been completed

Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of Ikonic Design Room under rare circumstances.

If there is an issue with your order:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items
• Photos and proof of issue may be required

Please understand:
Custom items are handmade and crafted specifically for your event. Many products are fragile and should be handled with care.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

To begin any custom order or service with Ikonic Design Room, payment must be made in full unless otherwise discussed and approved.

Please review the following payment terms carefully:

• Full payment is required before any design work, customization, or production begins
• Orders are not secured until payment has been successfully submitted
• Invoices must be paid by the due date listed
• Failure to submit payment on time may result in order cancellation, delayed turnaround time, or loss of your requested event date

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Debit/Credit Cards
• Klarna
• Afterpay
• Other approved electronic payment methods

Please note:

• Payments made toward custom services, digital work, or personalized items are non-refundable due to the nature of the work
• Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes for completed custom work may result in refusal of future services
• Any remaining balances for approved split payments must be paid before pickup, delivery, shipping, or event setup
• Rush fees, printing fees, shipping fees, and add-ons must also be paid before production begins

Once payment is submitted, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies, terms, and conditions listed on the website.
