Web Banners
The initial web banner draft will be delivered within 10-14 business days after all content is received. Unless a rush fee is applied. Important Details: Each revision request requires additional time and can delay the original timeline by 1-4 business days.

After 24-48 hours of your purchase, you can expect a follow-up email with a link to a design questionnaire (intake form) where you can provide all the details we need to complete your project.
Due to the custom nature of the services offered, Ikonic Design Room does not offer refunds once work has begun. If the client chooses to cancel services at their own discretion, all designs and work completed up to that point will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Refunds, if any, are issued solely at Ikonic Design Room's discretion. By purchasing this item, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy and our full policies and conditions.
