Pickup Hours:

Once your order is completed, you will receive a message confirming that your order Is ready for pickup along with pickup instructions and the pickup address.

Please have valid ID and Confirmation #: You will sign for your package :)

If someone else Is picking Up your package please noytify Us In Advance they may be required to provide the order name And confirmation details.

Failure to pick up your order within a reasonable timeframe without communication may result in storage limitations or additional fees depending on the size of the order.

• Tuesday- Friday 4-7pm

• Saturday 2p-5pm

By signing this document, I acknowledge that Ikonic Design Room may showcase completed work at its discretion across social media, portfolio, and marketing materials unless a signed non disclosure agreement is in place. I understand that all projects must be paid in full before any work begins and that Ikonic Design Room operates under a strict no refund policy, including cancellations due to a change of mind, choosing another provider, or breach of policy or unprofessional behavior. I acknowledge that any additional costs such as stock images, fonts, printing, or third party expenses are the responsibility of the client. I understand that if I choose to cancel after work has begun, any completed work remains the property of Ikonic Design Room and will not be delivered. I acknowledge that the primary form of communication is email and that responses are provided within 24 to 48 hours during business days. I understand that Ikonic Design Room reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to repeated communication issues, lack of timely decision making, rejection of multiple designs without constructive feedback, requests outside the original agreement without payment, unreasonable demands or deadlines, or harassment or unprofessional behavior, and that such termination will result in no refunds. I acknowledge that store credit, if offered, is at the discretion of the business owner, is non transferable, not redeemable for cash, and valid for 120 days. I understand that Ikonic Design Room works collaboratively with clients and that this is a partnership-based process designed to protect both the client’s investment and the integrity of the creative work.
